One of Bill Cosby's accusers spoke to KTNV after the 81-year-old was sentenced to at least three years in state prison on Tuesday.

This is after Cosby was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in April.

"Knowing that he's in custody is like the best thing ever," said Lise-Lotte Lublin.

Lublin said she too was drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby at a Las Vegas hotel in 1989.

"I looked at him like he was going to be like my dad, he was going to be this mentor," said Lublin.

She was a 23-year-old model at the time.

On Tuesday, she was one of a handful of accusers in the courtroom as a Pennsylvania judge sentenced Cosby to three to 10 years in state prison.

"It was almost intriguing to look over at him and go 'what is he going to do, how is he reacting, what is he thinking?' " she said.

Wearing a white shirt and suspenders, Cosby was lead out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

The 81-year-old has denied any wrongdoing.  He has said that any sexual encounter was consensual.  His attorneys plan to appeal.

Lublin says she has since become an advocate for sexual assault victims.

"He incapacitated so many of us and took away our freedom and damaged so  many people's lives," she said.
