Just two days after singer Celine Dion's husband died in Henderson, her brother has also passed away from cancer.
According to CBC News in Canada, her older brother Daniel, 59, died of brain, tongue and throat cancer Saturday. It was initially reported Friday that he was dying of cancer.
Dion's husband, 73-year-old Rene Angelil, passed away from throat cancer on Thursday while under the care of a physician. He died the day before his 74th birthday.
Dion's performances this weekend at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace had been canceled following her husband's death. She is scheduled to return Feb. 23.
