A view of Downtown L.A. all the way to the ocean? Check.

A rooftop deck? Check

A car elevator? A what? Yes, it's a check on a car elevator, too.

For $88 million, a 25,000 square-foot home in the Bel Air community of Los Angeles can be yours.

Besides having nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms -- why a residence would need 15 bathrooms is a good question -- the home has a movie theater, art studio, spa and game room. There are also several outdoor decks, gardens and patios.

And yes, a car elevator.

Realtor Branden Williams of Williams and Williams told Architectural Digest that the car elevator holds six cars.

"You are never sure what car you really want (to drive)," he said. "It goes down fully flush so you don't even know that is a car elevator. And you can park two cars (at ground level). And two cars can be floating 20 feet high."

The home has seven bars and a double-deck library.
