Jim Flowers began his television career in South Carolina 37 years ago. He's been a meteorologist in Omaha for more than three decades. And tonight he said farewell to his viewers as he starts a new chapter.
He thanked his family for their support and his many coworkers over the years.
Jim ended tonight's broadcast with a message to the viewers. "Finally, I would like to thank each and every one of you for inviting me into your schools, rotary and optimist meetings and your backyards. You have made this journey fun and personally fulfilling, not only for me but also for my family. It has truly been a pleasure serving you."
