One person suffered minor injuries after a tornado touched down near Nehawka Monday evening.
The twister heavily damaged a home northwest of Nehawka, and the person was slightly injured when the roof was torn off of the home. Cass County Emergency Services confirms a tornado touched down and caused some damage, and that damage assessment is underway.
