Mike Riley has been fired as Nebraska's head football coach.

The news comes following Nebraska's 56-14 loss to the Iowa Hawkeyes on Friday at Memorial Stadium.

Riley went 19-19 at Nebraska over three seasons, including two losing seasons. He finished the 2017 season 4-8.
