OMAHA (KMTV) — Iowa football head strength & conditioning coach Chris Doyle has parted ways with the school.

The university made the announcement Monday morning in which Doyle will be paid 15 months salary or approximately $1.1 million.

Doyle was placed on administrative leave a week ago after being accused by multiple black former Hawkeye players of racial mistreatment.

Doyle had been at Iowa since the Kirk Ferentz era started in 1999.
