The three-time defending Big East champs, 15th-ranked Creighton volleyball begins conference play this weekend at home, hosting Georgetown Friday night and Villanova on Sunday.
On top of winning three straight Big East titles, the Bluejays were selected as the preseason conference champions for the fifth straight year.
"The Big East is a very strong conference," head coach Kirsten Bernthal Booth said. "Since you are picked to win it, you've got everyone giving you their best fight."
Creighton welcomes Georgetown to D.J. Sokol Arena Friday night at 7 p.m. First serve for Sunday's match against Villanova is set for 1 p.m.
