Bill Moos informed ESPN's Mitch Sherman that Mike Riley will finish out the season at Nebraska

In an interview with ESPN Staff Writer Mitch Sherman, Nebraska Athletic Director Bill Moos said Mike Riley 'deserves to finish the 2017 season'.

Other reports indicate that Nebraska has reached out to UCF, stating its interest in head coach Scott Frost.

In the interview, Moos said "it's not like I've got a coach to hire this afternoon at 3:30."

The rumor mill will continue to turn this season, but as of now it looks like Riley will be at the helm until after the Black Friday matchup with Iowa.

The Huskers will need to take down either No. 14 Penn State or the Hawkeyes to become bowl eligible.
