Nebraska has caught a bit of the injury bug early in the 2017 season. While most of the injuries are not serious, and no players will miss extensive time, a few key Huskers will miss Saturday's game.

Mikale Wilbon will start at running back after Tre Bryant left Saturday's game against Oregon with a knee injury. Riley said that Bryant's injury is just an aggravation of a knee that swells after every game, and that he doesn't expect him to miss more than a game.

Safety Joshua Kalu will again be sidelined with a hamstring injury, while right tackle David Knevel will not play because of an ankle injury.

Riley also noted that a sickness that ailed the Nebraska soccer team has made its way to the football team and five players have fallen ill, but did not specify if anyone will miss Saturday's game because of it.

Safeties Aaron Williams (shoulder) and Antonio Reed (thumb) both missed practice all week with minor injuries, but both will play.
