One of the top ten wide receiver recruits nationally in the class of 2017, Lindsey brought a lot of hype with him to Lincoln for his freshman season a year ago. However, the 2017 campaign didn't turn out to be what Lindsey or Husker nation expected, as the wideout finished with just 12 catches for a total of 76 yards.
But as Lindsey gets ready for his sophomore season in Scott Frost's new, high-tempo offense, the speedy wide receiver should be set up to make a big impact for the Huskers' offense in 2018.
Nebraska opens the 2018 campaign on Saturday, September 1 at Memorial Stadium against Akron. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
