The Nebraska football program has a new career yards leader. Tommy Armstrong Jr. passed former Nebraska quarterback Taylor Martinez to become the new career yards leader for the Huskers with his toss to Jordan Westerkamp in the first quarter of the Huskers battle against Ohio State.

The Huskers trail Ohio State 14-3 at the end of the first quarter. Armstrong completed four of his 11 passes for 74 yards in the first quarter.
