LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — The Fred Hoiberg era at Nebraska got off to a horrendous start as UC-Riverside blew out the Huskers in the season opener on Tuesday night, 66-47.
UCR shot 12-25 from downtown, including 8-15 in the 2nd half.
Meanwhile, the 47 points scored by NU was the lowest by a college-coached Fred Hoiberg team.
