With its loss in the Final Four to Texas, Nebraska volleyball ends the season with a 31-3 record overall, a Big Ten championship, and its highest winning percentage (.912) as a team since 2008.  But last night also brought the end to the Nebraska careers for three four-year seniors: Kadie Rolfzen, Amber Rolfzen, and Justine Wong-Orantes.

The Rolfzen sisters are natives of Papillion and have always dreamed of playing volleyball at Nebraska.

"I've always wanted to come here and these last four years were the best years of my life," said Kadie Rolfzen.

Meanwhile, Wong-Orantes hails from California and made the long trip to Lincoln to play for the Huskers.

"We have to be proud of what we've accomplished, not only this seasons, but in the past four years," said Wong-Orantes. "I'm super proud and wouldn't trade anything for it."

The trio ends their Nebraska careers with a 16-3 postseason record, the third most victories in the NCAA tournament by any senior class in program history.
