The Nebraska volleyball team meets the media at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday to discuss its upcoming national semifinal match with top seeded Texas in the national semifinals Thursday at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN.
A handful of Huskers were named AVCA All-Americans on Wednesday. Kadie Rolfzen & Justine Wong-Orantes were named to the first team, while Kelly Hunter was picked on the second team & Amber Rolfzen to the third team.
Briana Holman & Mikaela Foecke earned honorable mention.
NU's four selections are the most since 2007 and it's the first time since 2006 the Huskers have had two players earn first-team honors.
Kadie Rolfzen joins Sarah Pavan as the only Nebraska players to earn AVCA All-American honors in all four seasons & only one of 28 players in NCAA history.
