The Nebraska volleyball team defeated Minnesota Sunday at the Devaney Center in five sets. The top-ranked Huskers beat the 3rd ranked Gophers, 24-26, 25-18, 26-24, 22-25, 15-8.
Justine Wong-Orantes set a school-record with 35 digs. NU improved to 18-1 overall and 9-1 in the Big Ten. The Huskers are now tied for first place in the conference with Penn State. John Cook's club hosts Illinois Friday at 6 PM on BTN.
