Senior forward Jaycie Johnson earned third-team NCAA Division I Women's Soccer All-America honors Friday. Johnson becomes the 19th All-American in program history and the first since 2013.

In her final season, Johnson led the Huskers in goals with 11 and started all 22 games. She finished her career with 42 goals, sixth most in program history, including 17 game-winning goals and nine career multiple-goal games.

The Huskers' season came to an end after a second-round loss in the NCAA tournament to UCLA Nov. 18. Nebraska finished the season with an 11-6-5 record overall and a 5-3-3 conference record.

The 40 players who made the All-America Teams will be honored at the NSCAA All-America Luncheon on Jan. 14, 2017 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
