The UNO men's basketball team came away with a 102-96 win in overtime against Cal State Fullerton. With the win, the Mavs improve to 7-5 on the season.
Tra-Deon Hollins led UNO in scoring with 20 points, but four other Mavs scored double-digit points. Hollins was two rebounds shy of a triple-double as he also tallied 10 assists and eight rebounds.
Tre'Shawn Thurman notched a double-double as he racked up 15 points and 12 rebounds in the win over the Titans. Mitch Hahn gave the Mavs a boost off the bench as he scored 18 points in 33 minutes.
Up next, UNO will head to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to take on Pitt Wednesday at 6 p.m. in its final non-conference game. The Mavs open up Summit League play against South Dakota Dec. 29 at 7 p.m.
