In a battle of the top two teams in Class A in high school hoops Friday night, it was top-ranked Papillion-La Vista coming away with the win over Creighton Prep, 61-50. The Monarchs' senior guard Ayo Akinwole led all scorers with 30 points.
With the win, Papio improves to 19-4 overall this season, while the Junior Jays suffer just their second loss this season, falling to 19-2.
