Omaha South alum Noah Fant made his debut as an Iowa Hawkeye last year, and it looks like he's been promoted to a starter. In the media guide Iowa handed out at Big Ten Media Days, Fant was listed as one of the two starting tight end for the Hawkeyes.
The 6'5 tight end caught nine balls for 70 yards as a freshman at Iowa, including a ten yard catch against the Huskers. Fant caught 46 passes for 570 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior at Omaha South.
