The top seed in Class A, Omaha North, kept its undefeated season alive, dominating like the Vikings have all season long, blowing out Kearney, 54-14 final.
The Vikings stuck to the usual formula, pounding the ball on the ground. First, it was Zander Grey brushing off Bearcat defenders on his way for the score on North's first drive. Then after a Vernon Johnson interception of Kearney's Kanon Koster, Milton Sarbagh scored as well.
Omaha North advances to the semi-finals next week, where they'll take on the upset-minded 12-seed Lincoln East.
