The Papillion-La Vista softball team shut out Millard West, 8-0 in five innings, to win the Metro championship on Monday night.
Husker recruit Courtney Wallace allowed just two hits while striking out eight in the title game. Earlier in the day, Wallace fanned 13 in the semifinals.
