OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - The Omaha Police Department’s Homicide Unit is looking for assistance in identifying a person shoved in surveillance footage related to the James Scurlock shooting.
Scurlock was fatally shot during Saturday’s George Floyd protests in the Old Market.
Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine has declined to press charges at this time against the accused shooter, Gatsby Bar owner Jake Gardner.
