PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV)– Papillion Area Council of Artists started work on one of several mural projects along the Papio Trail. Artists hope to have this mural completed by Papillion Days.

Papillion Area Council of Artists started work on the Papio Trail underneath the 84th Street bridge.
The mural is one of several projects the council is working on along the trail. Others will be near 72nd, 96th and 66th streets. The projects are to encourage neighbors to enjoy art in Papillion at no cost.
The council hopes to complete one mural a summer, but funding is needed to continue to the work. Click here to learn more about the projects and the council’s funding.
