OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Creighton University is giving medical staff at CHI Health an extra layer of protection as they take on the coronavirus.
The first batch of face shields was donated on Monday.
Creighton University has been using a printer to make them over the past week.
It takes several hours just to create the headband piece for the shield.
Creighton says they will continue to print the shields until they are no longer needed.
