OMAHA (KMTV) — The 7th ranked Creighton men's basketball team blew out Seton Hall on Wednesday night in Omaha for its 5th straight win, 89-53.
The Jays jumped out to an eleven point halftime lead then put the Pirates away in the 2nd half. Damien Jefferson scored 16 of his game-high 19 points in the first half.
CU improved to 9-2 overall, 5-1 in BIG EAST play.
Creighton hosts St. John's on Saturday starting at 11 a.m. on FS1.
