Nebraska found the confines at home in Pinnacle Bank Arena much friendly than their early week trip to VIllanova. The Huskers took a first half lead against Delaware State and never looked back cruising to a 75-60 victory.
It was a huge game from beyond the arc for Nebraska which is something that they could rarely proclaim last season. 12 of Nebraska's 22 total fields goals came from long range. They also moved the ball brilliantly. Nebraska assisted on 19 of their 22 makes.
The Huskers return to action this Sunday against Southeast Louisiana.
