OMAHA (KMTV) — Ryan Kalkbrenner was selected in the 2nd round & 34th overall of the NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.
Omaha Central alum John Tonje was taken 53rd overall by the Utah Jazz.
Meanwhile, other Omaha natives Chucky Hepburn and Hunter Sallis agreed to free agent deals.
