The Millard South girls basketball team hung on for a 47-43 win over Omaha Northwest Thursday in the quarterfinals of the state tournament.
The Patriots were led by senior Lauren Sanders, who scored 18 points.
Millard South will face Lincoln Pius X Friday in the semifinals.
