LINCOLN (KMTV) — The Nebraska women's basketball team beat previously unbeaten #15 Ohio State on Saturday in Lincoln, 63-55. NU dressed just seven players because of numerous injuries. It's the third time this season the Huskers have knocked off a ranked opponent.
Kate Cain led the way with 22 points, 12 rebounds and nine blocks. The Buckeyes had been averaging 90 points per game, which ranked 4th nationally.

The Huskers improved to 7-4 on the season , 5-3 in the Big Ten. NU hosts Minnesota on Tuesday at 3 p.m. on BTN.
