extending from 5 miles west of Madison to 5 miles northeast of Cedar
Rapids. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Neligh AWOS measured wind gust of 56 mph at 6:15 PM.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
