OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — While Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa are experiencing heavy rain and flooding, Western Nebraska is experiencing a blizzard warning.
The National Weather Service said a major winter storm and blizzard conditions will will likely continue through Thursday, making traffic difficult in the area.
