SARPY COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) - — Phase 3 of the Harrison Street project began today.
Crews started working on the first part of the project, near 156th and Harrison back in October 2017.
Phase 2, which blocked off part of the road for local traffic, will re-open today between 150th and 154th Streets.
Project manager Tony Egelhoff says they wanted to open up that area as soon as possible, to make an easy transition for school traffic.
Phase 3 runs from 150th and 147th Streets.
Egelhoff says it should be complete by September.
