No charges filed in deadly April motorcycle crash

BELLEVUE, Neb. (KMTV) — After a thorough review of evidence, the Sarpy County Attorney says no criminal charges will be filed in a Bellevue motorcycle crash that killed two.

The crash occurred April 6 at 21st St and Cornhusker Rd., involving a 16-year-old truck driver who was uninjured and a Harley motorcycle occupied by husband and wife Jason and Megan Burgess.

Jason, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene. Megan, 29, died later from her injuries.
