DOUGLAS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
- The Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) reported 96 new cases of COVID-19 that were received by midnight the previous day. This makes 14,812 total cases in Douglas County since the outbreak began in March.
- Over the past 14 days, there have been 42 cases of COVID-19 reported in Kindergarten through 12th grade schools in Douglas County, including 19 staff and 23 students.
- There are 274 individuals who are being quarantined, including 20 staff and 254 students.
- The Health Department received one new death certificate during the past day related to the pandemic. A woman over 75 years of age has passed. The number of COVID-19-related deaths in the county now is 181. DCHD has confirmed 11,221 county residents have recovered from the illness.
