DOUGLAS COUNTY
On Friday, the Douglas County Health Department reported 122 new cases of COVID-19 that were received by midnight the previous day. That makes 15,688 total cases in Douglas County since the outbreak began in March.
The Health Department received two new death certificates related to the pandemic during the past day. Two women, 70 years of age or older, have passed. The number of COVID-19-related deaths in the county increased to 193. The Health Department has confirmed 12,050 county residents have recovered from the illness
