NEBRASKA
DOUGLAS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
- 41 new cases reported during the previous two days
- No data received from Test Nebraska during the holiday weekend
- 13,990 cases in the county since the pandemic began in March
- County coronavirus death total at 169
- 10,036 county residents have recovered from the illness.
LINCOLN-LANCASTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
- 44 additional cases for a total of 4,542 cases
- Number of deaths remains at 20
NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONAL SERVICES
- Two NDCS staff members have tested positive for COVID-19
- One is attending training at the agency's Staff Training Academy while the other is employed at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women
- Both are self-isolating
- The number of NDCS staff that's been diagnosed with COVID-19 is now 70
- 61 have recovered
