OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Bellevue Public Schools officials say they will follow the risk declarations by the Sarpy/Cass Health Department.
Right now, their area is in yellow. This means school will return, but students and staff must wear masks, and the buildings and schedule will be modified to maintain social distancing.
If the health department declares an orange status, the district would have to reduce the number of students by half. The district is currently working on plans for this potential outcome.
If a red status is declared, the district will use remote teaching for all students.
