TECUMSEH, Neb. (KMTV) - According to Johnson County Court records, Eric Ramos, 26, has been charged with felony arson stemming from theMarch 2 uprising at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution.
The uprising left two inmates dead and officials say it began after staffers confiscated 150 pounds of homemade alcohol from inmates.
Ramos is currently serving eight to 10 years for criminal mischief, domestic assault and weapons.
