OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Marcus Wheeler has been found guilty of second degree murder and guilty of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
Wheeler was arrested back in April of last year in connection with the shooting death of 21-year-old Kayviaun Nelson.
That shooting occurred at the Irvington Walmart last April. Nelson's 2-year-old son was in the car at the time of the shooting.
Wheeler will be sentenced on June 12 at 10:30 a.m.
17-year-old Daion Williams was also arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
