The man, police say was behind the wheel in a crash which killed a 2-year-old, has turned himself in.
3 News Now learned that Davionne Collier, called 911 and turned himself in to Northeast uniform patrol officers.
We followed the story, and the search for Collier all last week.
Officers believe he was driving the SUV involved in a deadly crash at Fontenelle Blvd and Curtis Ave.
The crash seriously injured two children, one of which died Tuesday at Nebraska Medical Center.
