OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Yesterday, Nebraska Medicine said the condition of two people being monitored for coronavirus had improved and they were moved out of the biocontainment unit. Today, they said discussions about testing and release dates "are now in the earliest stages."

The hospital says it is continuing to work with the CDC to get information about testing occurring in Japan to better develop a schedule for testing and departure guidelines here in Omaha.
15 Americans remain at the hospital in the National Quarantine unit.
