OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Nebraska Medicine announced Wednesday that two individuals being monitored for coronavirus in the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit have been transferred to the National Quarantine Unit due to their improving conditions.
UNMC/Nebraska Medicine are monitoring 15 Americans for coronavirus who were passengers on the Diamond Princess Cruise Ship.
Thirteen individuals are positive for coronavirus while two are negative, Nebraska Medicine says.
Everyone being monitored is now in the 20-bed National Quarantine Unit and the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit is now unoccupied.
Those who've tested negative and remain healthy could be released from quarantine March 2nd.
