OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — If you travel with children in your car, remember there are new child safety seat laws here in Nebraska.
Under the new laws, children remain in a rear-facing seat until they 2-years-old. It also says kids must remain in a forward-facing child seat or booster until they are 8-years-old or they reach the height and weight requirements according to the car seats manufacturer.
