OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Omaha Police are investigating a cutting that happened on Thursday morning.
Officers said they responded to the area of 16th and Camden at 10:45 a.m. and found a victim who had a minor cut to the right side of his neck.
The victim, 31-year-old Malchia Douzart, told officers he picked up an unknown Hispanic female to give her a ride. According to police, the woman later brandished a knife and cut Douzart after a struggle.
The woman fled the scene on foot. Douzart was brought to Nebraska Med with minor injuries.
The woman is described as 5-foot-3 with a medium build. She was wearing shorts and a blue hooded sweatshirt. She's believed to be in her 20s.
