Interstate 80 was closed in both directions from North Platte to Lincoln Wednesday morning.
The Nebraska Department of Roads says some portions will reopen in the afternoon.
It will open at Kimball at 1:30 p.m., Ogallala at 1:45 p.m. and all other locations at 2 p.m.

The Nebraska Department of Roads said in an update on Twitter, around 9:30 a.m., it was unknown when it might open.
"There is no timeline as to when I-80 will reopen at this point. Crews have been working overnight and will open it as soon as it is safe," NDOR wrote.
Around mid-morning Wednesday, state cameras showed semitrailers lined up at the North Platte exit.
