The Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office has released the arrest video of Eric Scott, the inmate who escaped custody Wednesday while being transported from the Nebraska State Penitentiary.
Scott was taken into custody in Council Bluffs Thursday afternoon. Earlier Friday afternoon, Scott waived his extradition. He faces charges in Iowa for theft and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
