The Creighton men's basketball team jumped out to a 21 point halftime lead then hung on to beat UMKC, 89-82 on Friday night at the CenturyLink Center.
The Jays had five players score in double figures led by Marcus Foster with 19 points. The Kansas State transfer went 7-14 from the field in his CU debut.
