CU players, coaches joke about Tyler Clement's future on social media

While Creighton fans patiently await an announcement from the Jays' star big man Justin Patton regarding whether or not he will enter the NBA Draft or stay in Omaha, Patton took to social media to have a little fun.

On Instagram, Patton said "It's time for the Big Announcement.......... Sources indicate that Junior Tyler Clement will return for his senior season!! #Rolljays". Clement is a junior guard for the Jays who saw limited playing time until Maurice Watson Jr. went out with an ACL injury earlier in the season.

Greg McDermott fired back a joke of his own on Twitter, saying "I will finally be able to sleep tonight. Welcome back @TylerClement_11!".

While no "real" announcement has come from the seven-footer from Omaha, Jays fans will rest easy after leading-scorer Marcus Foster announced he would return to Creighton for another season.
