The UNO men's basketball team came back to beat Fort Wayne in the quarterfinals of the Summit League tournament 84-80. The Mavs move on to the semifinals to face IUPUI.

Omaha closed the game out on a 6-0 run in the last 1:22 and made its last five shots to close it out. Tre'Shawn Thurman and senior Tra-Deon Hollins each finished the game with a double-double.

Thurman scored 23 points and added 11 rebounds and three assists, while Hollins scored 13 points and added 10 assists and seven rebounds. The Mavs leading scorer Marcus Tyus finished with 14 points.

Omaha is just two wins away from a berth in the NCAA tournament. The semifinal game against IUPUI is set for 8:30 p.m. Monday. Should Omaha win, it would face the winner of the South Dakota State vs. South Dakota semifinal game.
